Chester’s Independent retail scene is set to receive another boost with the Louison Family Concept store opening in the former Bayfield Opticians unit on St Werburgh street.

The family owned business recently received the keys to the unit with owner Marine announcing :

“We are beyond excited to introduce Louison, a Family Concept Store.So, who’s behind Louison?I’m Marine, the heart behind this project, along with my partner and our three little ones, who inspire us every day. As a family, we’ve always loved spaces that bring creativity and connection together, and we wanted to create a place where others can experience the same joy.”

The store will offer a thoughtfully curated selection of beautiful high quality products for all ages, including homeware children’s essentials, lifestyle goods and unique gifts. Also on offer will be creative workshops and events including hands on activities, craft sessions, DIY workshops and special gatherings and celebrations.

The new concept store will fill the unit which has been empty since early 2023. The opening date will be announced soon.
