Nutrition tips and healthy living advice on offer at University’s free fair

Top tips for gaining a healthy mind and body are being dished out at the University of Chester’s free Nutrition Fair.

The annual event returns on February 4 in the Small Hall at the University’s Exton Park campus off Parkgate Road, with everyone welcome. From 11am-1pm, students will once again be presenting at a range of stalls, offering healthy lifestyle advice, interactive games and top tips to help encourage people to think about ways they can lead a healthier life.

It has been organised by final year undergraduate Human Nutrition and Nutrition and Dietetic Students, who have been working hard to develop nutrition-related topics and interventions.

Informative and interactive stalls include:

  • Great Little Plates
  • Feed your mind
  • Fibreversity
  • The Science of the Sip: Alcohol Awareness
  • Cholesterol cops: The good, the bad and the misled
