Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they are looking to speak to following reports of an altercation in Chester City centre.

At around 2am on Thursday 12 February police were called to reports of an altercation at Craft and Company on Watergate Street.
During the incident a man was hit in the face with a glass, causing cuts to his head and his scalp.
Enquiries in relation to the incident have been ongoing and as part of the investigation officers have not release a CCTV image of a man they are keen to identify.
Police Constable Charlie Loach said:
“This was a serious incident in which an innocent man suffered significant injuries, and we’re committed to doing all we can to trace the person responsible.
“We believe that the man in the CCTV image may have important information and are keen to identify him.
“If you think you recognise the man in the CCTV image or know who he is please call Cheshire Constabulary on 101, quoting IML-2269544 or give us the details via https://www.cheshire.police.uk/tell-us .
“I would also like to appeal directly to the man in the CCTV image to get in touch.”
